Questions about the quote
- Is the price I see the price I pay?
- Yes. Every price is VAT-inclusive and every mandatory cost is inside the headline figure, so there is nothing compulsory left to add later. Genuinely optional extras are listed and priced separately, so you can see exactly what they would cost before you choose one.
- What can change the price after the quote?
- Only the things that genuinely vary between homes, and they are shown as priced options rather than surprises. Which ones apply depends on the boiler you choose, and each is priced against its own package above: moving the boiler to a new location, power flush (older systems), additional radiator, new vented hot water cylinder, convert to a sealed system (remove loft tanks), new unvented hot water cylinder. If a survey turns up something that changes the job, we tell you before any work starts.
- Do I have to talk to anyone to get a price?
- No. The quote engine gives you a real fixed price on screen without a salesperson, a home visit or a phone call first. If you would rather talk it through, call 01633 257230 and you will get one of our own engineers.
